Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

International Shipping

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
    • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
    • Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Australia Rivet & Fastener is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information that results in a delay, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information.

Damages

  • Australia Rivet & Fastener is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Refund Policy

Returns

  • Return Period: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
